I appreciate your concern and fully empathize with your feelings. But
i still feel i have failed to make myself clear to you. So in an
endeavour to make myself crystal clear to everyone who reads the mail
i would like to bring some points to your kind notice which possibly
miffed you up.
1) ' Proactive ' : It is an interesting word which could be
manipulated in any damn manner. The meaning which i wanted refer to
was being extra-cautious and chart up a plan to deter any such future
acts. Anywez i m sending you the link which might disabuse of any such

2) 'Islamophobia' : Sir i am very sorry to say but this word has been
ur own brainchild. I never brought any religion into my mail. It's
just you interpreted in that manner. Infact one of my best friends
happen to be a Muslim. I am a strong proponent of the idea that
terrorists have no religion. What i believe in is humanity and not in
religion.
3) 'Incendiary' : You got me wrong again sir. To me any thing which
arouses the nationalistic fervour n fans the fire in you is
incendiary. Be it Atal ji's poems or Lata ji's 'Aye Mere Watan Ke
Logo'
4) Sir i am fully aware of the dwindling Police to Citizen Ratio. But i
still feel that politicians can do a lot more than just getting
engrossed in a political struggle or making commiserative remarks. I
am sure you would agree to this.
I just hope through this mail i was able to make myself clear to one
and all ....
And i would request you all that please try and sensitize yourself
with the feelings behind it instead of dwelling on the flaws ( if any)

I don't agree with all this nonsense. If I start doing what this mail says("being proactive"), then I should report the guy who wrote this mail to the police and book him for writing incendiary stuff to destabilize a government.
Knee jerk reactions are exactly what these terrorists want. They want us to fight amongst ourselves, fight our system in general, cause confusion and chaos and eventually succeed in their motive - Terrorize us! They want us to act all agitated and panicky and start doing things that a person in a sane mind wouldn't do. If we "turn proactive" and start bitching about each other, then buddy - we're finished!
I agree that the ruling government hasn't been "ruthlessly aggressive" on terrorism in general. But pursuing this will result naturally in suspicion falling on all Islam related activities(After all the govt that you planning to vote won't suspect "its own" people will it? Can't you see the divisions already - them and us).
We will only encourage this fire called "Islamophobia" to destroy the excellent bond with Muslims that we (as Indians) have. This is a time for unity beyond all political lines and a time to stand for humanity. Can't you already sense the laughter that these terrorists would be having seeing us pointing fingers at each other? So for heaven's sake, make these propaganda mails and forward them to the entire world only after thinking twice of what exactly you are passing! The timing for such a mail shows immaturity to an extent which is shameful for any Indian!!
